A continuation from my last scrap post:
HERE I took what I learned from the anatomy books, and applied the leg shapes and other basic muscle shapes to a cartoon dog: Pongo from Disney's 101 Dalmations!
Again, these images were COPIED for studying sake from actual 101 Dalmatians Model sheets.
I was having trouble with the shape of a dog's head (or anything with a muzzle) hence the skulls drawn in the previous scrap post. SO I copied a lot of Pongo's head, mostly with his mouth open to see how Disney stylized the mouth and head.
I choose to look at Disney because I felt their dogs were definitely cartoonified, but still held true enough to actual dog's physicality to help me learn!

I think it's really cool how you showed the anatomy structure in there, that's the first time i've seen something like that
